JUNIQO Sells Real Estate Worth 30 Million Euros in Berlin

Transaction Specialist Reports Most Successful Year Since Founding

Berlin-based transaction specialist and asset manager JUNIQO Invest GmbH sold residential real estate with a total volume of 30 million euros at a profit in 2024. The proceeds from these sales marked the most successful year in the company’s still young history.

A total of 84 residential units with an area of approximately 7,000 square meters were sold in Berlin. As part of a portfolio streamlining, a predominantly commercially used property at Heinrich-Grüber Str. 12 in Berlin was also sold to a private individual.

The properties were in part extensively refurbished beforehand. Among the sold properties in Berlin were assets located on Clayallee, Fichtestraße, Winckelmannstraße, and Duisburger Straße.

“For 2025, our focus is once again on the acquisition of residential real estate. We currently see attractive investment opportunities. Selective acquisitions with a total investment volume of up to 25 million euros are planned. Negotiations with some sellers are already at an advanced stage,” explains Nino Nowack, Managing Director and Founder of JUNIQO Invest.

“We aim to take advantage of the current market phase following the price corrections to further expand our portfolio. Our focus remains on our home market Berlin and the surrounding region,” emphasizes Nowack.

JUNIQO Invest was founded around five years ago and has recorded dynamic growth since then. In addition to its home market Berlin, JUNIQO is also active in Bavaria, Saxony-Anhalt, and Saxony. Since its founding, the transaction specialist has successfully notarized a transaction volume of approximately 400 million euros in property acquisitions and sales, both for its own portfolio and as a service provider for third parties.
