JUNIQO Invest Acquires Residential Complex in Potsdam-Babelsberg
Company completes first acquisition in the state capital of Brandenburg
The Berlin-based investment and asset manager JUNIQO Invest has acquired a fully let residential complex in the Babelsberg district of Potsdam, thereby completing its first acquisition in the state capital of Brandenburg. The property comprises three residential buildings with an underground parking garage, situated on a spacious plot of more than 5,000 square meters.
The ensemble includes a total of 36 apartments with approximately 2,500 square meters of living space, as well as 39 parking spaces. Annual net cold rent amounts to roughly €300,000. The purchase price is just under €7,000,000.
Constructed in 1997, the buildings feature compact and functional floor plans. The one- to four-room apartments offer balconies and, in some cases, generously sized rooftop terraces, further enhancing the appeal of the residential ensemble. The property is in good technical condition and is fully let.
The Potsdam-Babelsberg location is regarded as one of the most sought-after residential areas in the city. The district is characterized by its proximity to the Filmstudios Babelsberg, the Griebnitzsee campus of the University of Potsdam, and the internationally renowned Hasso Plattner Institute.
