JUNIQO Invest is the investment and asset manager for residential and commercial real estate in the greater Berlin area. We develop existing properties and construction projects as an investor and on behalf of our clients.

We are a young, dynamic team specialized in transactions and asset management in the German real estate market. Founded in 2020, the company builds on a strong and reliable network as well as the longstanding know-how of the founders. The diverse strengths and specializations of our team members form the pillars of our company.

We make and manage real estate investments in Germany. We act as investment managers for our investors or invest together with them. After the purchase of real estate, we take over the asset management and develop an individual and sustainable concept for each property.

In addition, we supervise the planning/management of redevelopment measures in existing properties and realize extension potentials or new construction projects on suitable sites. In doing so, we are aware of our responsibility and always act as a transparent, competent counterpart for authorities, property managers and tenants during the development of a property.
